When a member joins the group they are asked to SUBMIT AT TALENT PROFILE. It is used to introduce them to the FB group, and is connected the the ❗ (exclamation mark) in the credits on project pages. The members list is divided up into 4 groups alphabetically and is based on their last name if given. We use these entries from the member list to insert into the credits on project pages.
